Very enjoyable story

This was a truly enjoyable story from a new author for me. I enjoy the writing style. The characters are cute, with humor and depth to their relationship and a plot of overcoming abuse and learning who you are. This has been a fun series and I’m enjoying listening to new authors. Narrator is a frequent voice in the MM romance space and I always enjoy his narrations. I hope there are some follow up stories for the MEOW squad!

Mostly Sex

I like this genre of book, but my tastes run to preferring a bit more story. This was my first exposure to this author, and the book was mostly about two characters sexual relationship and the oddities of the dragon. Still, there was enough story to hold my attention and make me want to see how things would turn out in the end. The narrator is one of my favorites and did a great job as usual.

This series was so much fun. Snarky, clever and cute, with lots of silliness but a bit of depth too. We need more of this Villain series as soon as possible! Love it!

Really Enjoyed!

I really, really enjoyed this first chapter in Phoenix’s story. It was a great story arc, lots of action and events and a sweet romance. Lots of quirky characters and fun. Would love to have a sequel someday!!!!

Not my favorite

I am enjoying the Fae Fortune series and sampling various new authors and narrators. I enjoyed elements of the story and characters, but I found the narrator’s style a bit challenging. This is the first book I found beneficial to speed up the narration to listen. Overall it wasn’t a bad story, very much the rich successful guy rescuing the poor, trapped waif, but the world was colorful enough to make it interesting. It looks like there are follow on books for this one not in the Fae collection. Overall this wasn’t bad but not my favorite.

Thank you AJ Sherwood for an amazing new book! Another great fantasy MM romance. Everything was fun, sassy, sexy, and smart. A great story, fun adventure, very feel good, lots going on, and there are lots of great characters to get in to. You will love it!

This was a great series. Lots of fun and snarkiness but also great supernatural mysteries, intrigue and well written plots and stories. Love Hiro and all his weird ghosts, Maddox and his protectiveness, and lots of great other characters. Looking forward to the next book!!!

Charming story and characters

Very cute little story which isn’t just an MM romance but a family story as well (although not quite suitable for children - it almost could be). I really enjoyed the story, the characters and the world that MJ created. The whole series is great!

Very fun but missing series

Ok, this was a great addition to the Jon’s mysteries series, but it is a crossover with another series which doesn’t seem to be on Audible yet, so there are a lot of characters and backstories that you don’t get. It’s still a good, well done story, although I teared up a lot on the stories of the victims. Love the characters and their storylines, though.

This is a really good and very interesting series. It is compelling and intriguing. Characters are good with lots of complexity and tension. I enjoyed the world and the magic and would definitely recommend this series. It is very intelligently written and draws you in emotionally and intellectually. You won’t be disappointed!
