A lot of energy and a couple of good advices

I really liked the way the author narrated its own book. A lot of energy and personality there. The book itself ehas some merit to it (BigBang, QBR, profit 1st, 4Ds, ACDC, recording your processes) but I’m afraid is too long for the content. It could be an article.

Useful insights scattered through out the book

The author clearly knows about the solo consulting business. There are many insightful advices and recommendations to be followed. The format (strong statements + anecdotes, without hard evidence) is not the best one, though. It is not clear to me why the author decided to narrate it himself. Perhaps to improve on his branding. I’d rather have a professional narrator, but perhaps this is just a question of taste.

One of the best books I ever read/listened to

It is so different from the movies based on it that one can barely find any resemblance. It is a very dark drama, much more than a terror or history.
It is a must to read novel. A legend.
