Historia
Knowing the technical bases for objections is not so difficult. Law school covers that. What is much harder is recognizing a good objection very quickly when your opponent puts a question to a witness or starts using a document. Cues and Signals gives you details on every objection that has been recognized in federal courts and sorts out the high-payoff objections from those of lower priority for both oral testimony and exhibits. Everything you need on objections is in one audiobook.

The progressive loss of privacy explained here is unsettling for future generations who have an expectation of privacy from their 4th and 14th amendment rights.

Historia
With authoritative reporting honed through eight presidencies from Nixon to Obama, author Bob Woodward reveals in unprecedented detail the harrowing life inside President Donald Trump’s White House and precisely how he makes decisions on major foreign and domestic policies. Woodward draws from hundreds of hours of interviews with firsthand sources, meeting notes, personal diaries, files, and documents. The focus is on the explosive debates and the decision-making in the Oval Office, the Situation Room, Air Force One, and the White House residence.

Trump White House is a Dysfunctional Disaster!
Revisado: 01-26-19
Extremely well written and presented in a very neutral way! This book is probably one of the most gripping non-fiction books I've read. Reading it is akin to driving by the most horrific car accident you've ever seen in your life--you just can't help yourself from slowing down, gawking at it in disbelief, and wondering HOW THE HECK DID THIS HAPPEN?
The authors provide a lot of behind-the-scenes insight into (what turns out to be) an extreme level of dysfunctionality and idiocracy going on inside our White House. This book shows how Trump has just been "winging it" from day to day as President. He never really wanted or expected to get the job in the first place--he mostly just loved the media attention and public fighting on the campaign trail--and unfortunately (for him and us), he rode that into the White House. (That "oh crap what do I do now" look was pretty obvious in the pictures of him the day he met with Obama after winning.) At that point, with basically zero transition plan, he had to get serious and figure out what he was going to do with a job he didn't really want in the first place. This book does a good job covering the hot mess that then ensued.
Personally, I think Trump's first debate with Clinton (the one where he did zero preparation or planning first--against the advice of all his advisors--and operated purely from his gut while ignoring all data and facts, and lying his butt off) was perfect foreshadowing for how he'd operate as Commander-in-Chief. Unfortunately, everyone I know who voted for him also did not watch the debates. Hmmm...seems like there's a lesson in here somewhere.
