pretty one note with a bit of over actinh

the hero is meant to be pretty one dimensional but is just too bland. the women (and only women) partners dont really have that much that makes their scenes unique. listen to one episode amd you pretty much get the whole deal.

the Alpha and Omaga series wins again

I have to be honest, I am not one for romances.
I gave this series a shot because of the Mercy series. That said the love between Anna and Charles really hits me. They are such a departure from so many romance couples. They feel more real and true, both having strengths that the other relies on in a real partnership. The stories around them are also so interesting, especially this one, where the world and rules of that world are expanded.
