Spring has arrived in Holmes County, and Angie couldn't be happier. She's got great friends and a thriving business and is in the perfect relationship with Sheriff James Mitchell. Marigold Evans first attempt at rescuing an abandoned pooch lands her in the underground sewer lines of Houston's Buffalo Bayou...and almost in jail, until Parker Jenson comes to her defense.
