This book helped me understand the importance of building community and the framework on how to start it, maintain it and scale it. It’s practical and quite enjoyable. I gave it to my marketing department and we’re reading it together. I like having the paper copy too because he offers frameworks and lessons. It’s a must read/listen to in 2022 if you want to crush it in 2023

I’m a first time CEO and this book hit on everything I needed to hear. I suggest buying the hard copy too because you’re going to want to take your highlighter out and make notes in the margin.
This will be an annual read for me.
