It's hard to wite a reveiw. I didn't like it. It was weird. Way too long and the reading was equally as dragging. I was determined to get through it...and I did. But, it was painful.

Deliver us from Evil
Revisado: 06-15-10
This was terrible. I am a baldacci fan but I must say, it didn't even sound like Baldacci. It was confusing, didn't make sense, and the story line took forever to come together. My daughter is a Baldacci fan also..she called me and said "Mom, this is awful.... I don't want to read anymore." I told her not to bother...and I gave her a quick overview. It gets much better in the second half when all the characters are in one place. If you have a lot of patience..be my guest. I also felt like he couldn't make up his mind how he wanted to end it, so he didn't. Not good. I give it one star.

I enjoyed the story. The second half was better more because it moved faster. The first part was way too detailed. Enjoyabe...like a good B movie. Reader's voice was way too high...good for child's voice but couldn't pull off mature voice.

Marvelos, absolutely marvelous. It's a gripping soulful captivating sequel to his previous book, Standing at the Scratchline. I would highly recommend reading that book first. I couldn't wait to get in my car to listen to the next part... He writes so well. The detail he gives to the characters as well as the events is all consuming. Read it. It's good. (But I still recommend reading Standing at the Scratchline first.) Congratulations Mr. Johnson. Well done.
