Great Story meets Great Performance

Rosalind has written a wonderful story that delves into more than just a typical romance (which is a totally Rosalind thing to do). How do you fit into the outside world after leaving a cult but you still hold with some of the beliefs that you have followed all your life? How do you embrace your freedom, your new world, meet the expectations of those who love you, and still stay true to who you want to be?These are a few of the feelings that Rosalind manages to explore while telling the gentle love story of Gabriel and Oriana.
The story is wonderfully brought to life by Emma Wilder (who never disappoints) and Calum Gittins (who nails it in my opinion). This audible version of Kiwi Sin was truly enjoyable and should not be missed. I highly recommend it.

Rosalind James has never disappointed me with her stories and this is no exception. This story of Laila and Lachlan contains all the elements I look forward ti in Rosalind's books: importance of family love, good friends, humor, romance, and some spice. Emma Wilder and Tom Janson do a great job of bringing the story to life. As much as I enjoy the story, I equally enjoy the way Emma and Tom brought the story to life. I totally recommend picking up this book.

Just One Look is a great addition to the Escape to New Zealand series. I have often described Rosalind’s books as including more than just romantic love between two people but also love of families, extended families, and friends. While Just One Look touches on those other forms of love, this is clearly the story of two people who find love when they least expect it but need it the most. Elizabeth and Luka’s story, beautifully brought to life by Emma Wilder, is emotional, touching, humorous, and, at times, very spicy. You also get to catch up with some characters from other Escape to New Zealand series. I highly recommend this book and believe it deserves more than Just One Look and I am awed by the combined talents of Rosalind and Emma.

The combination of RosaIind James and Emma Wilder continues to amaze and delight me. Despite not being sure what to expect from a story about a 19 year old college freshman and a 26 year old NFL player, I should not have worried because Rosalind can handle it all. And Emma certainly was wonderfully able to bring it all to life.

As with every Rosalind James story, this is more than just a romance. Devil in Disguise touches on so many types of love and relationships: romantic; parental; sibling; and even that love between good friends. While reading this book I experienced happiness, excitement, sadness, angst, anger, and joy and probably a few more emotions too. While listening to Shame the Devil (Portland Devils book 3) before reading Devil in Disguise isn’t absolutely necessary, you will enjoy the story more if you do. I highly recommend listening to Devil in Disguise.

I have said this before and hopefully I be able to say this again: the combination of Rosalind James' stories and Emma Wilder' performance is wonderfully awesome and entertaining. I will leave it to others to describe the story except to say that once again Rosalind has provided more than just a romantic love story but a story that includes the many aspects of love that comes with family, friends, and just living life. That's not to say there aren't some very spicy scenes included. Combined with Emma's vocal performance, which never ceases to impress me, this was a perfect pairing of talents to keep you enthralled. You will definitely not want to put this book on pause.

I highly recommend experiencing this performance of Shame the Devil,

My best and favorite description of Rosalind James' stories is that they are not just love stories but life stories. And Kiwi Strong is no exception to that. Kiwi Strong is an emotional ride featuring a cast of strong women and men. While the story focuses on Daisy and Gray - the supporting cast are just wonderful. And they are all brought to life by the exceptional vocal talents of Emma Watson and Tom Janson. Although the steam doesn't rise in this book as early as some other of Rosalind's books - the heat does rise in this story. This story and performance are not to be missed!

Awesome Combination of Story and Story Telling

It is no great secret that I am a big fan of Rosalind James' stories and this story only adds to my fandom. Stone Cold Kiwi grabs you in the first chapters and keeps you enthralled. Once again Rosalind weaves a tale that is more than just a romance as it contains shining examples of parental love shown through Koru and Poppy. However some steamy scenes are included. And I love that we get to meet some of my favorite characters from the Not Quite a Billionaire series.

I will say that in the beginning I enjoyed Emma Wilder's narrations better that Tom Janson's but by the end I was appreciating both. I highly recommend this audible - it's so very entertaining and not to be missed.

This is another wonderful pairing of an amazing story and vocal talent. Emma Wilder brings to life Rosalind James' characters and what characters they are. While knowing the stories Just Come Over and Just Say Hell No is not mandatory before getting Just Say Christmas, it will add to your enjoyment of the story. This story is full of heartwarming moments of parental love, familiar love, young love, and what truly makes and defines a family as well as those steamy scenes that Rosalind does so well. In Just Say Christmas we get to follow Marko and Nyree and Rhys and Zora as well as several of the secondary characters who really needed their stories told. It is a must addition to any Escape to New Zealand collection.

Another Winning Story with Great Performances

I have really enjoyed Rosalind's books and Emma's performances. However with this audible we get a bonus with John Hartley's performance. When I first read Kiwi Rules I thought that it was almost like reading Karen and Jax's journals, now i feel like they were read to me. That feeling was reinforced by the two voices. It took a little while to get use to but I do think they complemented each other and really augmented the experience.

While this is a stand alone novel - if you have read the Not Quite a Billionaire series you get reacquainted Karen and also visit with Hope and Hemi. And you get to meet Jax - another awesome Rosalind character. Once again Rosalind exceeds all expectations and this story goes deeper than just a romance. This is such a wonderful heartfelt story of overcoming obstacles, having adventures, testing limits, and finding love. Be warned that this story has some very, very steamy scenes.

It is such a good story that my only complaint is that it was over too soon.

I really enjoyed this pairing of Rosalind James' story and Emma Wilder's performance. The story of Rhys and Zora is full of humor, passion, love, and redefines what a family is really made up of. Emma's vocal characterizations bring to life all the wonderful players. As a plus you get to re-visit some of the other people you have met in previous Escape to New Zealand books. As usual there are some very spicy scenes so be ready to need a fan.

So get a glass of wine, a fan, and settle down to be greatly entertained with this passionate yet heartwarming story.
