Perhaps this is why you only have to add a t to hear to make what seems intangible audible. I was not expecting these words to be so deeply heard, get me out of my head and feel what my heart has been trying to tell me over the years. Cedar just wouldn't let me close down, urging me inward to connect to my inner knowing based on truth. I just listened the whole way through but I couldn't help but follow my heart's response from hearing these words of profound dignity and self-respect. The result has been a feeling of solidity, where i can no longer be split between worlds. Every cell in my body says "yes" to who I really am. This second time through the audio I am going to stop, lay down and give my self the experience of doing the many exercises she describes throughout the book. The shift has been so profound already, I have an inkling of what is coming. Higher consciousness is not just a belief or a hope for enlightenment but a reality we must now employ.
