excellent information, he repeats himself a few times, but I didn't mind. There's a ton of knowledge in this book.

The narrator did a fine job, the subject matter was lacking to say the least. I feel a bit swindled, there wasn't any good meat to this book, all the info contained in this book could have been put on a post-it note saying "think happy thoughts" the end.
