Historia
Jamie Fraser knows from his time-traveling wife Claire that, no matter how unlikely it seems, America will win the Revolutionary War. But that truth offers little solace, since Jamie realizes he might find himself pointing a weapon directly at his own son - a young officer in the British army. And Jamie isn't the only one with a tormented soul - for Claire may know who wins the conflict, but she certainly doesn't know whether or not her beloved Jamie survives.

A good read

Liked:The connection and love between Jamie and Claire
Disliked:Sometimes it seemed all over the place with too many filler pieces. There were moments I had to back up to figure out who’s talking now and why are we jumping around so much

It held my attention!
Revisado: 10-25-23
I thought it was very good. Amusing, heartfelt and adventurous. The narrator is good but some of the accents and pronunciations were bothersome. The storyline of Roger and his delayed decision. Ugh! But I did like the quiet moments with Jamie and Claire. Their growth and love for one another and when they spoke of life and dreams and their heart. I just never understood the point of Claire wearing that dang gold ring of her first husband. Keep it, don’t wear it. He’s the past. But ok, in the book Jamie asks her what she wants to do with it. Well…

I saw the movie years ago and thought it was neat to hear the old radio programs of the past. The reenactment seemed a little rushed but overall, it was good.
