Historia
As she was digging deep into the lives of community members, Heather Lende, the obituary writer for her tiny hometown newspaper in Haines, Alaska, began to notice something. Even the crustiest old Alaskan sourpuss who died in a one-room cabin always had Halloween candy for the neighborhood kids, and the eccentric owner of the seafood store who regularly warned her about government conspiracies knew how to be a true friend - his memorial service was packed.

No one writes more smoothly than Jeffrey Archer. He spins a deft tale & makes us invest in the characters. I'm so looking forward to the long-awaited, satisfying conclusion in November.

Historia
A Study in Scarlet was the very first Sherlock Holmes novel. Here, in the most remarkably precise manner, Doyle produced two of the most well-known characters in English fiction. Their individual traits and their relationships, their ambitions and foibles are introduced against the backdrop of an exciting story of revenge and persistence, which starts in Victorian England but moves to the American West, and the environment of the early Mormon communities.

Outstanding!
Revisado: 04-23-14
What did you love best about Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus?
Its authenticity. The true story of a sincere, devoted, loving heart, seeking and finding Truth that would ultimately end his known world. Yet he found the courage to give up everything to embrace that Truth.
What other book might you compare Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus to and why?
I Dared to call Him Father.
Have you listened to any of Nabeel Qureshi’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
He was fabulous.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I both wanted to listen to it all at once, yet wanted it to last and last.
Any additional comments?
I learned so much about Islam through this book. And I cried for a full day, I was so moved. I cannot recommend this book highly enough; there are not enough superlatives.

Historia
When the elderly father of a top Pakistani cricketer playing in the multi-million-dollar Indian Premier League dies during a post-match dinner, it’s not a simple case of Delhi Belly. His butter chicken has been poisoned. To solve the case, Puri must penetrate the region’s organized crime, following a trail that leads deep into Pakistan - the country in which many members of the P.I.’s family were massacred during the 1947 partition of India. The last piece of the puzzle, however, turns up closer to home when Puri learns of the one person who can identify the killer. Unfortunately it is the one woman in the world with whom he has sworn never to work: his Mummy-ji.
