A huge pool of guidance, practice and wisdom to draw from over and over. Frederick Dodson remains at the top of my list of favorite authors, and Thomas Miller is perfectly suited to narrate.

Life changing in its scope and power

Astonishing.
Absolutely beautiful in its simplicity and wonderfully demonstrated examples. The quick repeatability of the translations across all cultures is fantastic confirmation of what is posited here. Dodson’s work as always is brazenly entertaining.

Daring, Liberating, Inspiring

Frederick Dodson is my current favorite author and I’ve listened to nearly all of his prolific and rapidly growing body of writings. His content is powerfully unique and daring. Nobody else so bravely risks reputation and career to bring questions to the increasing list of taboo subjects in 2022. This book is no exception and has inspired me further. I’m usually so profoundly wordless to even describe his books that I don’t attempt to write reviews. This book urges an exception here. Thank you Mr Dodson, thank you Thomas Miller for narrating. Your work is immensely liberating, encouraging and empowering to me. Infinite Love.

Wonderful beyond Expectation

I was familiar with a few common chants/mantras from yoga study and practice. Have recently been fascinated by and making great changes through sound, overtones, etc. One book led to another, and led me to this one.
Even so, I shamefully admit prior skepticism of this book as probably trite yoga-trend fluff.
Couldn't have been more delightfully beautifully wrong!! Absolutely drawn in and engaged with the warm kind friendly teacher-like voice of the author. It is delivered sincerely, directly and as if unrehearsed, unscripted yet perfectly meant for you, the absolute beginner/skeptical westerner. This book is already deep in my heart and on it's second immediate re-listen. You're able to begin immediately with simple and wonderful one word seed-sounds, and perhaps any one of those alone could be all you'll ever need. There is magic here......... and beautifully cross-cultural, universal, ancient history and truth.

Best Book on meditation I’ve ever read/listened to

Having been an on/off meditator for decades, this book cleared up many misconceptions I’d had about the reasons for and process of meditating. Within the first couple days of following the authors guidelines I found a new level of contentment,optimism and yes bliss....and an unprecedented motivation to do the practice not just every day, but twice a day. Can’t recommend enough, or give enough copies to others. Thank you Light Watkins.
