I highly recommend this book if you are interested in a sensational life change and improving your relationship with food.I follow Dave asprey is Dave through his informational articles, blog post, and videos. He is very helpful in sharing his knowledge and understanding of how the body works and and relaying that information in a way to be helpful to those starting off. I've been fasting for almost 10 months and Dave has been helpful to me in furthering my knowledge in this area to be more successful in achieving optimal health and reaching my fasting goals.

This book was insightful, inspiring, and motivating. the only criticism I have is I wish there was the diagrams and meditations that is mentioned throughout the book . Otherwise, I am working on implementing the practices that are referenced in hope of living a better life.
