If you don't know what scrum is, start with this book. don't expect a lot of tactics, but more of an aerial view. I still highly recommend due to all the great examples. Yes, he's very proud of his work, but honestly he has a right to be proud

Historia
A business parable about how to create a start-up that won't trap you when you want to sell it. According to John Warrillow, the number one mistake entrepreneurs make is to build a business that relies too heavily on them. Thus, when the time comes to sell, buyers aren't confident that the company-even if it's profitable-can stand on its own. To illustrate this, Warrillow introduces us to a fictional small business owner named Alex who is struggling to sell his advertising agency.

If you've read the slight edge, don't expect too much to be different. there's a few good take a aways that are different. I still really enjoyed the book because you can't ever be reminded enough on how important it is to make positive incremental changes everyday

Historia
In this stunning audiobook, Malcolm Gladwell takes us on an intellectual journey through the world of "outliers" - the best and the brightest, the most famous, and the most successful. He asks the question: What makes high-achievers different? His answer is that we pay too much attention to what successful people are like, and too little attention to where they are from: That is, their culture, their family, their generation, and the idiosyncratic experiences of their upbringing.

It was great. pretty repetitive but it's "massively" motivational. It's great to hear the author's voice and I'd highly recommend this book if you feel like your needing a shot in the arm and if you're falling short of your potential

little too much new age philosophy, but still good
Revisado: 07-19-16
there are some good points to take away from this book. I feel that there is too strong an emphasis that positive thinking can change literally everything and everyone. I'm a conservative Christian so I felt it was too humanistic. But knowing this beforehand it won't take you by surprise.
