This was a hard read for me being a female veteran who experienced many of the same things the author did. The trigger alert is for other female veterans. I met the author at a SWAN Summit and was very impressed with what was being done. Despite the triggers I was very happy I read this and highly recommend it.

What would have made Sneaky Pie for President better?
The blurb indicated it was a Mrs Murphy story, it is not. I would never have purchased this had I known that up front. I love Mrs Murphy and the interaction between the animals and humans. This is the worst Rita Mae Brown book I have read, and I have read most of her fiction works including Venus Envy.
