I love that book is shining a light on woman’s issues especially the need for women specific testing in science, the idea of a 28 day clock and how to use it to our advantage.
This said I could help feeling like the author pushing her “brand” In the Flo way too much! She mentions her website a obnoxious amount! I wish she had included REAL resources in the accompanying PDF not just her website listed numerous times! It’s an OK book could have been great if it was more science-based and less sales pitch.

I have only completed one run so far but I found it motivational with helpful tips.
I would have to agree with other reviewers though the music is pretty BAD! Also yes PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could we have a pdf of the training plan? That would make planning for runs better. Also are you supposed to run every day?!?? No rest days?!? Surely not! A little bit more info please. Otherwise really good product. Thanks.
