Honestly, the story didn't hold my attention... Couple getting married, another couple do hanky panky, another older couple does hanky panky, a fight breaks out... Sebastian York is a boss. I'm biased.

I think this book would be better suited for reading because the audible didn't work out for me. The narration took me out of the book a little bit. There was no distinction between characters, so when the two women were speaking to each other, I couldn't figure out who said what. It was kind of the same with the man and woman speaking. I didn't finish and decided that I should just read it.

I listened to this entire book during a shift at work and wow! It pulled me right in. The ending is great and was a surprise. It wasn't so much a twist endin, versus a surprise. Great job, Freida McFadden. I took a break from romance and it was a great treat! Alyson Krawchuk was AWESOME!

Great Story!

This is the story of some residents of a Stanhope neighborhood... These people are your average, typical and everyday. Their lives are turned upside down when daughter of their version of Dr McDreamy, goes missing. Secrets are exploited and exposed... Relationships are tested... Families are divided... Everyone has a secret... Hell breaks loose...

Everyone here is lying...

Great job to both the writer and the narrator. I loved how the detectives worked together and supported each other's 'gut instincts'. The ensemble of the neighbors were diverse and supported this drama that may upset a few readers, but we should remember that these people are mere characters. I enjoyed it. And the ending leaves the question of: What could you possibly do for punishment? It isn't a non-ending as much as a question of What could you possibly do?

Cute love story...

Abby wants a baby and her single, hot, endowed best friend volunteers to do the deed-- ONCE. They find chemistry in ways beyond their friendship and things get complicated. They always do.

Narrator is new to me and does a great job, eh. It's obvious that she's Canadian and I don't have any bias against her, but her accent really does comes through.

A great Annette Story!!

Contrary to other opinions, I loved the story! I love the incite of the Partner in crime. Annette deserves to have her family discussed. The story of her parentage tells the story of the man who loved her before even meeting her. Who doted over her... And the rivalry with her cousin who made sure that Annette was lesser. But, in the end, Annette was not just a good witch, but a Top Witch!

The side story of Apple's trip to purgatory was sad, but exactly what Annette needed. To affirm her confidence in her abilities. Nice touch that she found strength in her inner bird, without being told to use it. She just knew what she needed to do.

Kudos to corporeal Percival and the 'Smoke Show' that he is. I am commenting after the second time listening to the book and just knowing that the warlock stranger was the spirit that resided in her new home, who found a way to be with the family oddball, while she went off on her own, was lovely.

Not everyone is going to love everything. But I loved this!!

Such a sweet story.

Just imagine, your childhood friend grows up to be a hottie and propositions you with a marriage to save your livelihood and his career... Would you do it? Sophie Bates and Holden McKenzie were faced with this situation and boy was this book great. The narration was wonderful. There was no lag in the story. I found myself enjoying the book immensely. One of the better audiobooks that I've purchased recently.

I listen more as I drive... So catching people staring at me like a lunatic as they speed away from me is fun. So is this book. Babies with explosive diarrhea to interspecies romance and a baby. It had it all. Great performances by the narrators as well. Perfect follow up to Flirting with the Frenemy.

So... No one is going to mention the flying car?!?

As soon as it was introduced, I stopped listening. It had great potential... Stripper, working through college, has a billionaire fan who surprises her in class and takes her on a date, in his flying car, to New York. Didn't sign up for that.

This was a great story! I love Clint O'Dell!! I'm now a cougar for the young Marines. This story was great and the performances were too. I fell even more in love with Jacob Morgan. He does a woman going through labor and animals!!! OMG!! He's a beast!
