Next book please!

I HATE STARTING AN UNCOMPLETED SERIES. i thought it was going to be a normal series of 3 not a total of 6 books! a little irritated not going to lie. its a good listen and great story line definitely pulled me in. i did start to feel it drag with repetition so im not sure how the story has the ability to stretch out into 6 books without wanting to hit the skip button just to get through the same line on a different page. with all that said I'd be a liar if i said i wasn't waiting on the next book and would purchase extra credits to add it to my library.

annoyingly irritating. WAY TOO MUCH RIDICULOUSLY MORONIC DIALOG! from a fmc who actions literally contradict every word of her exasperating dialog. i had to fast-forward a few times just to get through it. At one point about 3/4 of the way through i just said fuck it and returned the audiobook. Shamefully in the morning i was still curious about questions left unanswered and greedy for the ending and the conclusion surrounding the entire dolce and darling families. So i repurchased the audiobook and now I'm off to the next.

trigger warning should be taken seriously

i needed to take a day for the trigger warnings too cool off before i start the next book in the series. i love dark romances but usually anything with non-con, dub-con i read or listen to don't have such great character development like this one so my emotions for the fmc were hitting me on a real level at the end there. i honestly wasn't sure if i was going to be able to continue the series after that ending but after a good nights rest and separating my personal feeling from the story I'm excited for the next book. If your in for a twisted ride settle in because its going to be a dark one.

not sure if it was the audiobook itself or the female narrator that just made the book sound juvenile. the male narrator as much as i enjoyed his voice and the main reason i continued through. over all the writing made the story come out a little stiff and there was very little flow between the characters. but a good story with a lot of potential. perhaps this audiobook might be better off read then listened

awesome all the way around!

a passionate romance, an intriguing story, escalating suspense, ventures in the dark, blending sexual tension with mounting danger, and mysteriously compelling. a satisfying game of twists and turns. soul reacting emotions throughout.

note: this is book #2 of a duet. must start from book one. trust me its worth your time.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review

repetitive with a jr high mentality and dull story line. the story was a typical flat line with no pulse beat. the characters repeatedly said the same thing in every chapter directly or in a different format. this would have made a better ya short story.

this would make a good drinking game. everytime you hear the word boyfriend or girlfriend you take a shot. trust me you'll be on your ass drunk and rolling your eyes halfway through.
