As a long time fan of the series, I absolutely adored this book. Hearing Darius' POV broke my heart in such a lovely way. For anyone new to the series wanting to listen in timeline order, you can listen to this before Dark Lover with minimal spoilers until the epilogue. Come back to it after Lover Arisen (29 books later)!

Good story with some spice

This book was easy to finish, and I look forward to the next one. The characters are believable and likable/hatable. The dialogue is natural and not completely immature or inane. Good overall performance by the narrators. There are a few spicy scenes throughout, but definitely not setting any 4 alarm fires.
