Historia
We already rely on science to tell us what to eat, when to exercise, and how long to sleep. Why not use science to help us improve our relationships? In this revolutionary book, psychiatrist and neuroscientist Dr. Amir Levine and Rachel Heller scientifically explain why some people seem to navigate relationships effortlessly, while others struggle.

I loved how this book would throw you for a loop.

Don’t want to ruin the book with spoilers, but this was a good listen.
The voice actress did a great job narrating this story.

I loved this book
Revisado: 09-11-22
I loved the drama in this book, it kept me coming back for more. The very human mistakes that where made the fact they where able to learn from them.
One thing I really liked was how this book showed how single males are stereotypes vs single females. Demonstrated by Mike and Meg.
The unicorn young, beautiful, fit, friendly, polite, over all desirable. Where Mike was on the other end old, out of shape, creepy, aggressive, unwanted.

Historia
He may be Lord of the Seven Seas, but for The Deep, life has been a tsunami of humiliations and setbacks. After braving the childhood trauma of being the weird kid with gills, Deep rose to the very top, basking in worldwide fame with Earth’s most powerful superheroes. But his public glory masked the disrespect of his teammates who crushed him, day after day. When he found himself patrolling the streets of Sandusky, Ohio, and then swallowed up into the Church of the Collective, Deep realized he had plummeted even deeper than the Mariana Trench.

This was the first the boys audio book I listened to. I love how it gives a glance into the universe of the show. The commercials where so funny. The fact they have v pads made me laugh.

This book was helpful
Revisado: 08-01-22
Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Seems like they didn’t make it through the book. This book is so helpful for not only improving your relationship with your children. But also can be applied to other relationships in your life.
The added humor to this book makes it easier to listen to and to admit to not pleasant truths about yourself.
