Acerca de esta escucha

50 Things Every Young Gentleman Should Know is a young man's guide to becoming the type of guy that people respect and enjoy. He knows how to shake hands. He knows how to be a good sport. He knows how to give a genuine compliment and how to speak his mind without being offensive. His friends listen to what he has to say, and he returns the favor. He knows how to achieve the perfect knot in a necktie, and more important, he knows when he should be wearing a tie in the first place. Oh, and his favorite ball cap? He knows when to wear it and when to leave it at home on his dresser.

Becoming a gentleman doesn't happen in an instant; it's a lifelong exercise in refining etiquette, social interaction, and personal discipline. It all begins here.

I disliked the book it felt too demanding of a book and flat out as someone mentioned. The book talks to its readers like if they are child who do not know what they are doing and that is uncomfortable. I disliked it and would not recommend it to anybody.

Too Demanding

I just felt that the story line was very basic and flat.
Didn't really interest me...

very basic and not to intresting...

Coming off of reading “The Complete Gentleman”, this seemed very remedial and uninformative. “Keep your fingernails trimmed”, “Open the door for people”, “When to write a thank-you card” and why. I finished it because of my OCD nature, and wasn’t satisfied. This might be better for an eight year old about to start cotillion classes than a young adult. I liked the performance of the narrator but little else. Look at the aforementioned book or “The Art of Manliness” website or books for more worthwhile information.
