I don’t think this content was very useful as an audio book. It seemed like every other page was a list that would be easier to digest if it were a visual. Also many topics/paragraphs ended with “see the attached PDF file” which I could not figure out how to access.
It was also disconcerting to have the author make recommendations and then say that he himself had not tried them.

This book would probably be useful if I had it in a paper addition, otherwise a real yawner to listen to in the audible format. Definitely would not recommend it. All the information could easily be found with simple internet or YouTube searches.

Better to get this on paper rather than audible.
