Voice acting was pretty great, but I think the editor could've done a better job of fixing sound the volumes. Sometimes it's too loud and sometimes it's too quiet. I, very often, had to turn up my volume to hear the mumbles only to have them blasted out by the "booming"/charismatic voices. But besides that, it's worth the couple bucks.
Volume Needs To Be Fixed, but Overall Convenient.

What made the experience of listening to A Christmas Carol the most enjoyable?
I love the narrator's interesting reading, for the first minute or two, I was just listening to his voice, and then very quickly I forgot the narrator entirely and simply enjoyed his story! I think that is the mark of an excellent story-teller. I could see all the scenes in my head. I think I'll be listening to this version every Christmas! Thank you so much! What was one of the most memorable moments of A Christmas Carol?
I must admit, I love the part about Tiny Tim the best, and can't ever hear, "God bless us, every one!" without blinking a few tears. Very dear. What about Peter Bachelor’s performance did you like?
He seems to be a born story-teller, he makes the story interesting, with slightly different voices for characters, and reads with enough expression to be interesting but not so much as to be distracting. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, it is 2 hrs and 44 minutes, so it is a long story, but perfect if you're in bed with the flu and don't feel like keeping your eyes open long enough watch TV. You can just close your eyes and enjoy the story.Lovely classic Christmas story, interestingly read
