New Year's Eve is usually a night of fun and wild celebrations, but for a police officer, it can be the most dangerous night of the year.

Every night that Mason patrols by and sees Jesse huddled on a park bench, cold and alone, it pulls at his heart a little more. Mason doesn't know how the young man ended up homeless and lost in his neighborhood, but when Jesse ends up on God's radar, Mason knows he doesn't have long to find out.

although I loved all the books and the characters in this series. it bothers me a bit that one of the books was left out. it's kind of like part of the story missing. I find that to be in a lot of the different authors and their series as well. nothing special is fun exciting and it's nice to watch each relationship gets stronger from book to book

Mason and Jessie’s story is a suspenseful journey that includes the entire testosterone filled narcotics division we have come to know and love throughout the Nothing Special series. My heart went out to Jessie because he’s obviously a victim of circumstance and in need of someone to help him get back on his feet which is where Mason comes in. The two men have a close emotional connection and the storytelling is compelling as are all the books in this series. I listened to the audiobook and I really enjoyed the excellent narration performance of Aiden Snow.

I agree with the consensus, this one was way too short. These guys are so great together. I wish their story could have been more "fleshed-out" so to speak. wink wink. Thank you for the entertainment and as always Aiden Snow is a Master and I always take the bait. Looking forward to more!

I'm so happy Mason go his own story! I fell in love with him in Free's and Hearts book.
A.E. Via and Aiden Snow ... just wow. She writes awesome characters and Adians voices brings them them to life. Thank you both for making my work day go by fast and happier.

I loved this entire series. It had an amazing storyline and steamy romantic scenes that had me hot and bothered. Excellent writing.

Jesse was a ypung man trying to make a life for himself with his friends help. unfortunately, his friend was living a life he didn't care for. Meeting officer Ellis was the best that happened to them. The author did a great job of incorporating their starry into the main storyline of the series.
God, Day and the team were there to take care of business and help.
