The last thing he needs is a semi-environmentalist, journalist wannabe dogging his footsteps. Sure, Uli may be bright and sexy, but her need to prove herself and help her family threaten to lead her into the kind of harm he can't protect her from - when all he wants to give her is...a place to land.

The story has a nice flow of two main characters slowly building their friendship and love. I liked the mix of having a naive Russian woman come to know the life of a Ranch Cowboy. The narration is superb; creating a strong visual picture of all the characters in the story. The narration separates the dialogues of western drawls to Russian accents. Well done!
