This book is a very practical and direct guide or guidebook of suggestions about simplifying your life.
I don’t understand how this, and many cleaning plans, say to do a load of laundry every day. For 1-2 people that is not necessary or environmentally friendly.
Otherwise, it’s a solid book of things to try. There are a lot of ideas in the book and they are going to take time to implement without making things harder. I need to take them a few at a time and not try to change my cleaning, eating, faith, exercise, screen usage all at once.
Also, I giving myself permission to keep what is working for me.
