First of all, obsessed with this author!!
I didn’t love this book as a sequel…the vibe is sooo different than the first. Lots of heaviness and drama. I had to take lots for breaks to recover before continuing. Great story, probably if I hadn’t come right off the first book with an expectation.

Loved this book! Even better than book one in the series, which I also liked. I felt as if the author made us know the hearts of the characters, feel their hurts, and long for their healing. Truly enjoyed this book.

I love it. It was a good storyline. The read did amazing. I really enjoyed it.

Storytelling and enjoyable

I really enjoyed picking up with these characters and seeing the healing, progress, and forgiveness work in their lives. I did get frustrated with Megan and Lila a few times for continuing to make bad decisions, but in the end I was happy with how things resolved.
