Noah and Allison have sent out two teams on two different missions, but both of them run into trouble when it comes time to act. Soon, it becomes obvious that neither of them was what they seemed to be, and that someone is trying to track down E&E for reasons of their own.

When one of the teams goes missing just as someone breaches security at the factory, Noah decides to send himself back into the field, but he's going with the full knowledge that he might be on a suicide mission.

I enjoyed this book as I have the whole series, but again since I usually read a book a day I notice small thing the characters may say " have you heard of the thousand cuts" this was also used in book 17 or 18 and since it's not a very common saying it stuck out to me. I really enjoyed all of this series and can't wait to start the next book

I've recently completed Books 16 - 19 of this Noah Wolf Series after listening to Books 1 - 15 much earlier. If you like action thrillers and are not turned off by scientific fantasy this is a worthwhile series. It is about a group of assassins supported by the US president who kill bad people for their county. The scientific fantasy is very similar to that which Q develops in James Bond movies. A Wolf Among Men sees all of the major democratic countries in the world joining the US in sponsoring the activities of the group of assassins. Character development in the series is superb with most of the characters being of the continuing variety. Each series novel is stand alone but listening in order adds to enjoyment.

Archer & Verner - the absolute best team! I even saved the last two Noah Wolf books hoping the next one would be released before I finished.
