Now I have to say that few romance novels like this hook me from the start, but this one did. I was fired up and obsessed with listening and reading this book. I love the chemistry between the main characters was off the wall epic. I have never read anything from Dana Mason, but I have since put her on my list of authors that I want to keep track of and buy more books from.

I am a picky person when it comes to narrators because I have had my share of super slow and terrible narrators. Kelsey Navarro was spot on in her voices and speed. I loved the way she was able to switch with ease and didn't slow down while doing so. I will keep an eye out for more from this narrator as well.

Kelly is a student struggling with everything live has thrown at her the last 5 years. Mac is confirmed bachelor enjoying life. When they take a trip to Reno they wake up hungover and married. Through all their struggles they find their way.

A night in Reno that will lead to a lifetime of happiness. I loved the way this book flowed with it’s beautiful writing. The confusion and feelings involved were so realistic and detailed so well that I felt I was right there with them. A great listen with fantastic narration as well.

Kelley is a struggling student overcoming a tragic past and life keeps finding new ways to deal her a crappy hand. Mackenzie is a Morning show DJ at the top of his game. He has a player persona, buckets of money and is in the process of leaving his partying lifestyle in the past.

The pair have an instant spark and there is sexual tension for days. Both characters are incredibly likable. And you can’t help but root for them from minute one. There is enough backstory and drama to keep you interested in what will happen next.

I would recommend this book for anyone into contemporary romance/steamy romance, protective alpha types and HEAs.

This is the first time I've read or listened to the author, Dana Mason, and I dont believe I've heard the narrator, Kelsey Navarro, previously either. However, what a dream team these two are! Navarro has a great voice and tone. I think she played the emotions of this story perfectly. It might mostly be a romantic comedy but Miss Mason also touches on some heavier topics. Navarro straddles the line perfectly.

Who doesn't love a good cocky alpha who is confident but not a jerk about it? I really enjoyed the storyline of Accidental Groom. I know it happens pretty frequently that people get married in Reno or Vegas, wherever. But can you imagine waking up and being surprised?!?! Yesh! Mac and Kelly go on a fantastic story. They are so funny and super sexy. They have a pretty intense attraction and there's no fighting it off for either of them.

I loved the storyline of this book. Mac is a self professed playboy and popular morning talk show host, who couldn't understand love and marriage. He met Kelly in the coffee shop and was captured with her and for once he felt something in his heart. He takes her to Reno while on a business trip and after a drunk night they were married. The narrators brought the story to life. Great story!

A sweet story about two scarred souls finding together in a surprising way. The road to happiness is not easy but worth it.
Great storyline that builds up nicely to a happy ending.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Lots of dialogues
Characters is well described and feels familiar at the end and I like that very much.
This was romantic, sweet, steamy and agonising at times, I enjoyed it very much.

Narrator read with feelings and had clear pronunciation. At times I felt like the voice was a little high pitching but most of the time I enjoyed it.

Overall 5 stars ⭐️

This was such a great read. I want to say it was a fun read but I feel like that would take away from some of the big topics that happened throughout. I love the way that Dana Mason had these problems - addiction, alcoholism, grief, loss, etc. - worked into the story, kept the topics serious but light. A lot of authors use big topics but keep them in the background and make them unimportant. Mason made these topics big parts of the book without making the book too serious or dramatic. The story line itself was unique and not something that was overplayed. They each have hurt in their past that they are trying to move on from, and I don't think either was able to really heal until they met each other and were able to let go of the past.

Mac is a radio DJ and sees Kelley outside of a Starbucks in devastated tears. He waned to help her and protect her but wasn't sure how. A week later he sees her again at the same Starbucks and asks her out to lunch. One thing leads to another and he invites her to a Comedy Festival he is MC'ing over the weekend. Before the weekend is over they wake up married and with a hangover, and everything after that changes.

I love the getting drunk and accidentally married trope, they are always so much fun. So I listened to book 2 first and loved it, and I was very curious about Mac and Kelley. From the beginning it peaked my interest. Packed full of humor, drama, sizzling chemistry and fantastic narration. I enjoyed this book and look forward to more from both Author and Narrator

When McKenzie sees Kelly crying he’s immediately drawn to her in a way that’s magnetic... so their story starts. It’s a wonderful listen. The narration is good though at times it gets kind of high in pitch. I still really enjoyed it. Recommend
