This book is a message to those who are looking for ways to improve their lives. In it, I have chosen more than three dozen topics, including fear, creativity, wisdom, influence, and love. These topics were chosen because they are common among all of us who wrestle through the uncertainty of life. The book is written to give you tools and ideas to consider, to help you navigate your journey of becoming. It is meant to be used as a companion guide, something that can be referred back to often.
My hope is that these carefully selected words can travel with you and provide a little strength and hope when you are frustrated, weary, or just need a few words of encouragement.
This book is All my Best. It comes from four decades of living, but also from the giants––mentors, friends, leaders, teachers, and authors––I have had the privilege to learn from and walk among. My greatest desire is that something in this book will give you strength today, for today is all we really have.
About the Author.
In 1999, Terry Weaver enlisted as a US Navy corpsman. He was deployed as a combat medic with the US Marines and served in Kuwait and Iraq from 2002 to 2003. After five years of active duty, Terry received an honorable discharge. He attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M and received the Pat Tillman Foundation Scholarship established in the namesake of Army Ranger and NFL star player, Pat Tillman, who was killed in action. Terry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
After decades of experience in fields ranging from the military and marketing, to business start-up, acting, sales, and much more, he began his writing career. In 2019, Terry wrote and published The Evolution of A Leader, and in 2020 he wrote and published A Dark Day in Texas, a fiction novel.
