"to each his/her own" I love this... I'm on my second Audio book from Sonia and will for sure move forward with her work. I aim for self improvement as well as enhance my own to help others. Waking at 4 and at random throughout the day to get in a few minutes for myself. Sonia is lovely...

I first listen to this book on an airplane... In fact only the first track, and it brought me into a full kundalini awakening for the first time. I had been on a spiritual path for over a year, working with Shamanic practices, chakra clearing, meditation and dance, so I had explored my kundalini energy, but this was the first time that it blossomed fully. This in a powerful audio. Don't take it lately, and be sure you are ready for it, but it was a beautiful experience, and each time I listen it brings me back to this place so fully. Life changing.

I listened to this out camping in a remote area and surrounded myself with nature. I love the soft musical background and really enjoyed the selection of songs.
The meditations flowed so well and restored my heart, mind, and soul. The 2020 pandemic has wreaked havoc on my stress level and this is fast becoming a favorite go to book to recenter my energy.

I've done quite a few guided meditations and I have to say this was the BEST guided high vibration attunement meditation I have encountered. Sonia and Mark's powerful vibrations of music and spirit was electric! I wish Sonia Choquette had more English guided recordings for sale as she does in French.

The music was very relaxing. I also appreciated what the author was trying to do, but they kept taking turns during each session and it made it harder for a novice like myself to stay focused.

These 4 guided meditations are wonderful!Sonia did a lovely job guiding me through to heal and see my higher self and dreams. The music was an added bonus. I’m so grateful that I found this. All of her books are awesome too.

What made the experience of listening to Attunement to Higher Vibrational Living the most enjoyable?

I don't know if I've ever found a spoken word track combined with music that I enjoyed so much. It's not exactly a meditation nor is it totally a traditional book. I found it to be like a friend telling me something uplifting while there's supportive music playing. I loved the combination of Sonia's female voice with the male singer (who I didn't know). I played it while walking and it would always shift me. I would start to breathe easier and go into a very relaxed and open place. I think what i enjoyed most is this was good information that I could play at anytime. I like to sit with meditations, or lie down, but this is great to play in the car or just in the background while you do something else.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how it made me feel. I found what they said to be true - that playing it would shift my energy and lift me up. I didn't believe it, but it really did work for me. I also just found so much of what she said to be exactly what I needed to hear. It wasn't positive affirmation sugary sweet stuff that I couldn't use, but honest advice on getting into your heart and embracing your emotions.

What about Sonia Choquette’s performance did you like?

She sounds natural. She's a good speaker.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I tried.

I'm surprised others really were so put off by it. Maybe it's one of those things were you love it or you hate it. I loved it.
