They populated them with ultra-aliens, collected on their journey, and with early humans from Earth. But the question is – why? Another visitor to Earth’s solar system, a tower three kilometres high within the ark of Panadawn, wants to know the answer. Afraid of a power that can build stars and planets, the Tower’s avatars choose James Stone to be their eyes.
