 My name is Shabbir Hossain; I have been in Gas station and a few other retail businesses for last 20 some years. I have a BS degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama. Back in 2005 I wanted to diversify my business and bought my first Quiznos fast food franchise. By 2008, I was heavily invested into Quiznos, and I ended up owning 5 locations. Sadly by 2011, Quiznos was going downhill and by the following year, I ended up closing all of the locations and lost almost everything I had worked so hard for many years. This was the time when I started looking to see if I could find anything to make some money online as I knew online businesses require little cash but a lot of time and since I had plenty of time on my hand, I was willing to work hard to get something going. Fortunately I still had my gas station business and since I have experienced managers in place I decided to devote some of my free time to 'finding cash online'. Gas station business is a solid business and you can make a good living from it, once you get seasoned in it, you can make your business run like a well oiled machine, where you only have to spend couple of hours a day to supervise and not work 10-15 hours a day. Remember you always should work smart and not hard, always try to work ON your business and not IN your business. Assuming you do the business right, you should find some free time to play with the ideas I will be talking about here, and pick up some extra cash. Trust me it is fun to make money online. Take it as a hobby, but make sure not to lose focus from the big picture which is your primary business. It's all about passive income ideas. But first, let me define what really passive income is. Well, passive income is a way to earn money where you are not actively working every day like you are in your gas station business. It is something that set it up once and sees that work produce fruit every so often without you doing anything more. So it is more like a hands-off approach. You do work hard at first but then just let it set free and see it produce income month after month, in my book that is truly passive income since you are not actively involved at the time it is producing that income. I want to talk all about these 9 ideas and theories that I have tried since 2012 and started making some money; I will talk about other businesses I am Involved in and how you can do the same and make money on and offline too.
