Their downstairs neighbor, Caleb, is a laid-back, older man in his 50s with a smooth voice and an almost magnetic charm. A self-employed photographer with a reputation for parties, he makes fast friends with Suzi during the day while John is at work. John doesn’t suspect much at first — Caleb seems polite, even offering to help carry groceries and fix their leaky faucet.
