Ceri and Amanda have grown closer since Amanda started working at peak in 2022. Therefore she is the perfect person to come on the podcast to chat about Amanda’s second pregnancy journey and trying to stay active and healthy throughout.

I’m Amanda! I am a Level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am also trained in pre and post natal exercise. I have been qualified for 7 years, working in a wide range of gyms and I have taught a wide variety of classes alongside doing 1-1 and small group sessions.

I run mum and baby fitness classes in order to create a safe space for mums to workout, with or without the children as I know how important it can be for both our physical and mental health.

I’ve created a podcast with mums, for mums, to talk about all things mum life. It's hard being a mum and it’s nice to know that you’re not the only one going through it. Whether it’s mental health struggles, juggling work/life balance, mum guilt and much more. We aim to cover all aspects of being a mum!
