Life D. Griffith, MSM, is a trailblazing music industry executive, AI consultant, and entertainment strategist with over three decades of experience at the forefront of digital transformation in music. From shaping the global careers of icons like Erykah Badu, A Tribe Called Quest, Snoop Dogg, and Run DMC to pioneering AI-driven solutions for modern artist growth, Life’s career reflects both deep legacy and visionary innovation.
Beginning his journey as an intern at Rush Artist Management under Russell Simmons and Lyor Cohen, Life quickly rose through the ranks, eventually holding executive positions at Warner Bros, Universal, and TVT Records. He helped launch Loud Records and founded Real Life Promotions, with his clients amassing over 100 million records sold and more than a dozen Grammy Awards.
Now, as the Founder & CEO of High End Music Partners (HEMP), Life is at the intersection of music, artificial intelligence, and entertainment strategy — helping artists, labels, and brands use machine learning, blockchain, and immersive technologies to redefine success in the digital era.
A Brooklyn-born visionary with Queens roots, Life is also a lifelong member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., a leader in Veterans in Media & Entertainment, and a mentor with The Living Legends Foundation. He’s currently pursuing a law degree at USC Gould School of Law, focused on contracts, IP, and AI.
