Randy Ojeda is a respected music attorney, artist manager, and advocate for independent musicians, known for his commitment to protecting creators and building sustainable music careers. As the founder of Randy Ojeda Law PLLC, he offers legal counsel to artists, songwriters, producers, and labels — helping them navigate contracts, copyrights, royalties, and the fine print of the industry with confidence and clarity.
Beyond his legal work, Randy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cigar City Management, a boutique artist management firm based in Tampa, Florida. His career spans A&R, label operations, and digital distribution, including time with Symphonic Distribution, giving him hands-on experience across the entire artist development pipeline.
A former musician himself, Randy brings both legal expertise and creative empathy to every client interaction. He’s also the host of Cigar City Radio, where he interviews artists and insiders about their creative journeys and the realities of today’s music business.
Whether he's negotiating contracts or mentoring the next wave of talent, Randy remains a passionate advocate for fairness, transparency, and artist empowerment.
