She oversaw the readiness and well-being of over 74,000 personnel across 60+ bases and led strategic efforts in joint military environments. With 27 years in law enforcement, she also served as a Criminal Investigator for the Department of Homeland Security, managing high-level investigations and interagency collaboration.

Originally from Guatemala, Ericka’s journey from poverty to leadership is a story of resilience. She holds an MBA in Military Studies, a BA in Criminal Justice and Foreign Languages, and multiple certifications in coaching, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Recognized by the U.S. Congress for her exceptional service and mentorship, Ericka continues to inspire others through her work and legacy.
