Fair Oaks has a great community village area with restaurants, a performing arts theater, and a brewery….Fair Oaks also benefits from its location along the American River with rafting, kayaks, and walking paths.….. Fair Oaks is about 30 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Fair Oaks are about 25 minutes via the freeway…..

I selected Fair Oaks this week because only four single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 79 single family homes available in Fair Oaks which is the most May inventory in five years…..
