Jen Morel is doing her best to guide her teenagers through life. Sometimes she feels complete and utter joy at how that’s working out. Two seconds later she feels crushed by defeat. Such is the life of a single mom.
Other parts of her life are stressing her out more than she wants to think about. Her daughter is asking questions about her family she doesn’t have the answers to. As Jen fulfills her roles as mother and friend, she can’t be successful at everything. Guilt and dismay take charge as she fails her friends and family. With events happening behind her back, she’s headed for a breakdown she can’t see coming.
