Who says you can’t go home again?

Philadelphia real estate broker Devyn Winters is at the peak of her career, closing multi-million dollar deals and relishing it. She remembers Devyn Winters as shallow in high school, but now everything about Devyn makes her lose focus. Though her brain knows Devyn is only home temporarily, her heart didn’t seem to get the memo.

I'm shocked when I read that others prefer another narrator to Melissa Sternenberg - I think she's the BEST narrator for Melissa Brayden's stories. Or Abby Craden. Those are my two favorites. In any case, this was a great book!

Loved this one. At one point I'm pretty sure I heard a cat which made me giggle (seeing as I have no cats) so I'm sure it was in the recording accidentally. Story wise, one of my favorites for sure. Love this author and love that the narrator has stuck with these books for a while long. Growing up, it was so difficult finding lesbian romance that wasn't pure smut. My heart swells at how much times have changed. <3

I just finished this book and it has me in tears. I fell in love with the characters and their journey of finding love and happiness. You can never go wrong with a Melissa Brayden book. This is the first time I’ve listened to this narrator and she truly brought the story to life.

The story was cute and the characters very likeable,even the mum. The narrator did a good job with all the voices and accents.

Like most romances, it was very predictable, which is fine. My only quibble was that it got a little too cheesy in parts and the ending drug out a bit too far.

I do look forward to her next book and hearing the narrator again.

The Melissa & Melissa team strikes again! It's a legitimate crime that this book isn't longer, it was over far too soon. The characters are wonderful, I never cease to be amazed by how Melissa Brayden fills these stories with real people, it's honestly nearly ominous to contemplate. Melissa Sternenberg's voice acting talent only improves with each book she's involved with and her consistent appearances in Melissa Brayden's books has been an absolute treasure since the Soho Loft series and probably even a few books before that I'm neglecting to mention on account of it having been far too long since I've listened to them. I have nothing but praise for this book and eager anticipation for the next one.

Great story with a super sweet ending. my only issue is the narrator's high pitched voice. I've heard this narrator several times by now and it reminds me of the Chippettes and that takes away from the story for me... silly complaint. loved both main characters and really enjoyed the book.
