In this second edition, Wilbur R. Miller provides a new preface in which he discusses how police historiography changed in the 20 years after the book's initial publication.

The book is published by The Ohio State University Press.

There was great information in this Audible book. but it was very dry. RECCOMEND

Great Information

The performance was just as dull as a local public radio announcer reading the news. No understanding of the text—or even punctuation. This is a topic I'm very interested in, but I could not tell how the book was because the performance was so bad. If I could get a refund, I would.
