Poaching, politics, and killer motives....

This is not the typical style of story I listen to, and I am so glad I took the chance on it. The thrilling tale starts with blood, continues with blood, and ends with more blood. Each drop spilled unfolds a mystery to be solved and David is in the midst of it all. The story's locale and atmosphere created a marvelous experience. The narration was splendid and was instrumental in setting the tone at every scene. Pacing kept me peeking around the corner of every chapter to guess what would happen next. [disclosure: I received this title for free and read it at 1.75x]
