This bool make it clear that we influence or children or family members more than we know. You didn’t think this would hit so deep, but it really did. It felt like someone finally said what you been feeling for a long time. Some parts was so real, you had to stop and think. It’s soft but honest, and don’t try to make things sound nicer than they are. You feel understood, and also like there’s real help you can try. Even the hard parts felt less scary ‘cause it explains them simple. It didn’t fix everything, but it sure helped you see yourself better.
