This program is advised to listen for 21 day unlike the mind expansion which is for 17 days. This is my second day of listening and must say pretty impressed already.

I have been listening to this while I read and work on my laptop as of Now.

I feel relaxed and energetic. I don't really know if it is a placebo effect or truly subliminal message working.

I will be putting a full experience of this and the other program after 21 and 17 days respectively.

I am putting this on a test to see how focused and concentrated it gets me really!

I listen with headphones while working at home. (Think 3 year old and two other loud adults wandering around near my desk in the corner of the dining room.) the level of distraction is VERY high. I can still hear them all, but am far less prone to turn and talk to them or loose focus on my writing.
