This book is the chronological story of how I met and became a part of Mary's family. It contains life lessons and advice on how to truly live from Mary Mras, a fabulous wife, mother, sister, daughter, educator, and a teacher of all.

Anyone fortunate enough to cross her path surely felt her magnetic presence. Mary lived her life with intention and by example and showed us how to live a fulfilled life, not by being famous or boisterous but by simply sharing a smile and laughing through tough times and loving her family.

It's my hope to share small glimpses of a phenomenal woman as she influenced my life as a teacher, mentor, friend, and mother-in-law.

Throughout this story are Mary's words of wisdom. This audiobook also narrates e-mails from Mary's husband, Tony, that give us an up-close view of her battle with leukemia. The epilogue is the story of how a sudden event forced me to re-evaluate my life to be more like Mary. The end is a list of "Mary-isms" on life.

As someone who has had the privilege of meeting Michelle Mras I was excited to find out she was going to be narrating this book herself. Her personality comes through so strongly.

If we could all only be so lucky as to have a mother-in-law, or step-mother, or even mother as interesting and full of life as Mary life would be magical.

The story is short and sweet, funny and sad and it will leave you feeling both hopeful and a bit wistful.

First, I have to say, Michelle Mras has a voice that is as cool as the other side of the pillow! She reads the book she co-wrote clearly and with passion. Second, the story is beautiful. At times, I teared up, others I laughed. It will make you think about the way you view the world, and treat your loved ones (and strangers for that matter). I highly recommend this book!

I loved this audible. The narrator is excellent and portrays the storyline well. Great celebration of their loved one and an inspiration of a life well lived. We need more Mary's in this world. so many lessons she has shared with people and loved ones. I as well gained some awesome tips for life.

Today was the day for this book in my life. Mary’s story was such a reminder of how to truly live while we are alive and when death finds us, make sure it finds you alive because it certainly found Mary alive.

For some reason I have the energy of frustration coursing through my nervous system today and I happened to purchase this book at the right time. It was what I needed to tuck me in as I centered myself to level out my energy.

This book was so good I finished it in one day. Needless to say, Michelle's voice was celestial. I loved the romantic story and the ones of wisdom through Mary’s story.

I was fortunate to meet Michelle at an entrepreneurial gathering and I loved her energy. She has a presence that brings electric energy to the room and I’ve decided to look into her books. I am primarily an audiobook explorer, so this was her only book that was on audible and it happened to be the book I needed to hear today to balance out my energy. I’ve learned that she has a lot more books on Amazon. I am looking forward to listening to them as soon as she records them on audible. And if they are as awesome as this one then they will certainly be worth my time, energy, attention & money (TEAM).

So Michelle, if you are reading this review, you have fans who are primarily audiobooks like myself who would love to get into your other books as well.
