It was good to get Gloria’s backstory and to hear more of Colt cause he’s my favorite Darling.

This series!!! You don’t have to start at the beginning of the Willow Heights Prep world but if you want a series that is twisted and winding and tears at your heart then start now! I love how in book 1 of Colts story you get his POV and more of Dixie as well. And then with book 2 you get Gloria and her backstory of pain and survival with the Dolce boys. Selena is such a master at creating this giant puzzle and having these interlocking stories that will eventually create the entire glorious picture. Right now you can see the picture but then these character stories really give the depth of the picture. What you think you know, you don’t or you at least get a better understanding and feeling for these traumatized characters. I can’t wait for the next story in this series. Teddy and Michelle narrating this dark twisted tale is perfect. They capture these broken characters and create such emotional connections. Pure perfection as always!!

Michelle and Teddy knocked this one out of the park! As always! Loved hearing Gloria’s side. I’m excited for the next book! Michelle and Teddy do dark romance soooo good together! *chefs kiss*

The story: tragic, sad, dark, depraved and, at times, infuriating. The narration: so, so, so good.

Selena's characters are very much love to hate because they're not all quite good or necessarily all bad, yet there not particularly normal either. Though what's normal, I know.

The narration was great and I'm glad I listened to this one on Audible because it gave the story that extra something.

I like Colt a lot, and the more I see of him the more I feel this way. I really liked seeing more of Gloria's point of view and I feel like it was an eyes wide open thing. Rylan is awful. I was happy we didn't get as much of a direct view of Dixie this time because the more we hear from her the more I dislike her. I don't think she loves Colt at all, it more about her agenda.

As to story, I do agree with another reviewer who mentioned the different angle of the same story from the Exile books is a bit disappointing because it would be nice to get into something new. But I think what wins out for me is just diving into the character motivations because they are like a psychological puzzle. You can't look away but you can't figure out why!

I love love love the Willow Heights books. The stories and all the characters are perfectly developed and each book is in line with the previous and future books. I desperately need to hear the remaining books Filthy Elite and Gilded Fake. Will those be added to audible?

If you’re here, then like me, I’m going to assume you’ve read all the other Willow Heights books. I’m tired of retreading the same story for the 4th time. Can we move a little further forward at some point?We are literally retreading exact events from the last book during the time frame of Harpers books. I just want to know what comes next not more angles of what we’ve seen
