He was named after the famous Chicago disk jockey Randy Blake who rose to nationwide prominence inn the 1930s and 40s. Fatma is the story of his life-- half autobiographical and half fiction. Growing up dirt poor in rural Georgia and the son of a bootlegger and mill worker, he rose to heights he never imagined, falling in love again and again along the way.
