The narrator has a beautiful soothing voice, but the content of the meditation could have been more in depth and on point. Still, over all it is a good book worth the purchase although it comes in second to her Well Being meditations.

Chapter 4 and 5 are my favorite. Her voice is nicely calming. I love the analogy of the water lily effortlessly floating and I find this very easy to picture while meditating and can clear my mind while focusing on this image. I found this book after searching on YouTube for a guided meditation and stumbled upon the shortened version of this (Chapter 5 in this book). I love this! Thank you, Linda. 🙏🏼

Did what it said and helped me feel good. Her voice is calming,soothing,nuturing. Made me completely relax and take it easy. Calmed my mind and got me out of my head.
